Since 2009, iSchoolAfrica has been addressing the challenges facing schools in South Africa.
Through the iSchoolAfrica iPad programme, students from rural and township areas are exposed to technology that will:
• Help them become digitally literate
• Help them acquire 21st-century skills
• Increase motivation, enthusiasm and excitement around learning
• Level the playing fields between resourced and under-resourced schools
100 rural schools in partnership with the Department of Rural Development and Land Reform.
#MyFuture initiative to address matrics affected by Covid school closures – reaching 500+ matric learners during lockdown.
25 schools in Gauteng in partnership with Peermont Schools Support Programme.
The programme comprised of 7 public high schools and their 18 feeder primary schools.
Numeracy and Literacy programme in 25 schools
across 5 provinces in partnership with Growthpoint Properties.
Inclusion Programme for learners with disabilities in 36 special needs schools.
